She hit it out of the park with her chicken & waffles, bacon wrapped scallops, filet of beef toast, charcuterie spread, mini mac and cheese, and that was just cocktail hour! Dinner was even better, if that is possible. The sous vide leg of lamb and beef tenderloin were cooked to perfection. Everything was absolutely delicious, presented beautifully, and she very easily accommodated a gluten free allergy for our guests. I can't say enough good things about working with Chef Kara. Our family is still talking about the meal! You will not be disappointed!
