An Evening In France: Julia Child’s Boeuf Bourguignon

Inspired by her recent trip to France, Chef Kara is excited to share this special cooking experience with you.
In this group cooking class with dinner to follow (and maybe a French song), each pair of guests will be assigned a certain element of Julia Child’s Boeuf Bourguignon. We will collaborate by interpreting Julia’s recipe and incorporating all the ingredients as instructed for the main dish of our meal.
Join us on Saturday, November 10, 2018 for an unforgettable experience. Class and hors d’oeuvres at 6 PM followed by a 4 course, French, communal, sit-down dinner in our tastefully appointed commercial demo kitchen.
