So what is sous vide all about? You’ve heard sous vide mentioned before, in fancy restaurants and on competition cooking shows. But more and more people are doing it at home–and you can, too! Watch and learn, while enjoying a delicious cheese platter, as Chef Kara prepares your dinner filets sous vide.
After which, enjoy your four course meal at your communal table as Chef Kara prepares each dish in our tastefully appointed commercial kitchen.
