Risotto, what was once a peasant food, is now a staple on restaurant menus across the world. This creamy and delightful comfort food is as versatile as it is particular in preparation. In this private cooking class with dinner to follow, you will first watch Chef Kara make a seasonal risotto and learn what to look for along the way.
Afterwards, you’ll pair off and make your own classic risotto. Your stations will already be prepared with the necessary ingredients and equipment. You bring the wine!
A three-course Italian inspired communal dinner will be prepared by Chef Kara to follow.
